As a speaker, I focus on the importance of relaxation to counter the stress response. The talk challenges the audience to dedicate just 15 minutes each day to slowing down and embracing stillness. Through compelling evidence and personal experience, I demonstrate how this practice can significantly increase healing and daily productivity, both at home and in the office. Over the course of my four years of research into trauma, I have embarked on my own personal journey of healing and discovered effective ways to reduce the symptoms of PTSD. I am passionate about sharing these practical tools and techniques with others, witnessing the transformative impact they have on students and receiving heartfelt testimonials of healing.


My diverse background in business and alternative medicine has allowed me to contribute to various industries, including fitness, mental health, and education. Currently serving as a certified trauma-informed practitioner, fitness instructor, and teacher trainer in Washington state, I am committed to equipping my clients with the essential skills for healthy living an
